Injection update
Hello I had the steroid injection in my right hand on the 6th June.
Symptoms have improved, just the odd twinge if I'm holding onto something for a long period of time. But apart from that it's been much better.

Hello
I had my injection over a year ago now.
I've not experienced any numbness in my right hand, but I have been experiencing pain. It's hard to explain its like an aching pain.
It's been waking me at night, and when I wake in the morning my right hand/ arm is very painful, it's like the numbness has been replaced with this pain.
Is this normal?
Thank you in advance.
Hard to say whewther that is part of the CTS or a different problem. Probably the best thing would be for us to schedule an appointment to look at it. Are there good and bad times for you? JB
The CTS clinic usually runs Monday to Thursday mornings. There are a few afternoon appointments at present because of COVID distancing JB
I can look at it for you on the morning on Monday 20th July at 12:00 noon if that helps? JB
That is booked now. There will be no appointment letter. All details are on the patient info page JB
Thanks for the update. I'll add some notes to your records next time I have access to them. Just let us know directly if it becomes a problem again. JB
