Hi Doctor Bland

I'm afraid my symptoms have returned in my left hand, I've been trying to manage it but my index finger tip has gone numb again now and the pain in my wrist is getting worse. Would it be possible to have an appointment please?

That would have been excellent but unfortunately I'm stuck at work and wont be able to get the time off. I can do any day the week after, only the afternoon of tuesday though. Sorry to be a pain, otherwise I can book time off blwork in advance.
