That's a farily modest probability of CTS. A useful tactic in the first instance would be to see if a night splint makes any difference as I see you have not tried that yet. If it does then that increases the probability that the problem is CTS whereas a lack of response swings it the other way. You can find details of what to look for HERE. It's usually possible to find something fairly cheaply online. If you try that for about 4 weeks, then return here to the website, complete another symptoms severity test (on the 'My CTS' pages), and post another message here, we'll then decide whether it should be tested or whether we should seek a different opinion.
