Hi, I've completed the questionnaire as requested. Quite difficult to answer accurately as I have very little use of LEFT ARM following complete shoulder revision and removal of rotator cuff in 2013. Nicola Denoon Duncan
That's an interesting one. We were going to see you in 2018 and you completed a questionnaire then - but the appointment was then cancelled because you got better - at least according to the notes I have. Have the symptoms changed at all since then? JB
