OK, the next problem is that you have an earlier website account under the user-ID "VP". I really need to get you logged into that one and a new severity score recorded in that account - as that one carries your Canterbury ID which links all the data together. If you have forgotten the password for VP I can reset that for you (the password reset link on the login page seems to be broken at present) JB

Ok, please reset password for VP and do I need to redo the whole questionnaire?

I've sent you a new password by email. No you don't have to do the whole thing. Once logged in to VP go to 'My CTS' then 'My CTS record" then 'Take a new severity score test'. It only does the last bit again. JB

things have deteriorated, should I re do the severity questions?

I have done severity questions again as things have deteriorated significantly, I have pain intermittently all day and am not sleeping well as pain wakes me almost hourly, co-codamol are not helping with the pain.

I've got you on the list to see us again. I'm hoping we can put on some extra clinics over the next few weeks to get rid of some of the backlog. JB
