Hi my right hand is very painful and I am struggling with work, and looking after my parents who both have dementia. Please help

I'm sure we can do something about that but first of all we need to sort out your website accounts as you have created a second one. You already have an account under the username Footylady from 2017 when we last saw you and I need you to log back into that one and add a new severity score there so that all the records are in one place and I can delete this extra new account. We can then get you seen and treated. If you have forgotten the password for Footylady drop me an email and I will reset it for you. JB
