Pain after injection

Had the injection (2nd) lot today the right hand injection really hurt at the time the left not so much 5 hours on my right hand arm elbow and going up to shoulder is in so much pain the little finger up that side of the wrist and across the top of the wrist is really painful the thumb is hurting to the wrist is very swollen and very hard to move and hard to straighten fingers will this pain subside and is there anything I can do

You can get a pain known as 'steroid flare' after injection sometimes - rarely lasting longer than a few days. I still have some doubts as to whether CTS is the only problem however. Keep me posted. JB
Obviously it just happens pain has gone a bit movement hasnt got better but i suppose it will
