one year on

Dear Dr. Bland.
Its been almost a year since I had the injections, which as you know worked well and quickly. However I fear the treatment is wearing off and I am not sure what to do. Recently I have been waking up early hours of the morning, usually around 3 or 4 a.m. with pains in one or both hands and numbness. To get any relief I have to get up and walk around the house for about 5 minutes then it seems to wear off and I can get back to sleep. Its not every night as it used to be, and it is sometimes only one hand sometimes both. No pain or numbness during the day, once I am up and active.. Can you give some advice please.
Kindest regards
PGG

What you should do is come back and see us again. I should be able to fit you in next week if you are free. I'll email a suggested appointment time. JB
