Hi
I completed the questionnaire in early Feb (223095) as advised by my GP and emailed over however have not heard anything back. Please could the next step be explained?

I haven't received an email so had no way of knowing that you had done that sorry! Did you send to Jeremy [dot] Bland [at] nhs [dot] net? The answers indicsate a very high probability of CTS so we should see you and get it tested. You will need to email me your details so that I can set up an appointment and we really should make sure that we have a working email connection (try not to put too much personal identifying info here on the website as it is less secure).
