NEW Questionnaire Completed
For the attention of Dr.Bland
I have completed my questionnaire. My questionnaire ID number is: 223570
I look forward to hearing back from you or a member of your team regarding the next step.
Thanks
Mrs Tracy Brooks
Hi I was seen several years ago and had nerve conduction tests. Injections were offered but with a view they were unlikely to be successful. My condition is some much more advanced now. I am in constant pain with my hand. It is really limiting my daily activities.
Can you suggest what I should do now if it is not CTS?
Thanks
Tracy Brooks
Assuming that you are the same person we saw in 2012 then CTS may well have deteriorated in that time and it would be worth us checking it again but there is always the possibility that you have two different problems occurring together by chance and it may not be the CTS which is the dominant cause of symptoms (which would give you a low score on the questionnaire). If you email me your full details (see the patient info page for what I need). I'll make you an appointment with me and we'll test you and have a talk about it. JB
Thank you. I will send my full details to you and very much look forward to seeing you in due course.
Kind Regards
Tracy Brooks
That questionnaire shows a fairly low probability of CTS - about 1 in 5 - have we seen you before? I do know someone of your age and name who does have mild CTS. JB
