Appointment chasing

I completed the questionnaire some time ago and I would have usually received an appointment by now. I’m really struggling as I care for my husband who is at end of life. Are appointments suspended at the moment due to COVID?
Appointments are happening here, I have booked you an appointment and will send details in the post. When you complete a questionnaire that you would like us to look at you need to let us know it is there as we are not alerted to new questionnaires etc.EK
