Hello Dr Bland, Just to let you know that I am getting the pain and numbness / tingling again in my right hand .The pain is at its worst when I wake and the numbness continues through the day .Thank you

I have done the severity assesment score Dr bland and the right hand is now 3.73 .Thank you
