I don't do anything with questionnaires on the site unless the user tells me about them. The site is open to the whole world to use so East Kent patients need to notify me when they have completed one. Unfortunately Michael Smith is a pretty common name - I have about 25 patients of that name in my system so I can't really tell who I am talking to here. If you email me with some more detailed identifying info we can work out whether I need to do anything. JB
