Recurrence of symptoms

Hi,
I wear a splint on my right hand at night. In recent months I have been experiencing numbers and tingling in my right hand, particularly when driving. I'm aware that the splint is abit loose having stretched over time. Please can you suggest how I should proceed from here? Many thanks.

Many thanks for the outstanding patient care from you and your team once again. I'm amazed how quickly I was seen, tested and injected. Everyone I dealt with was not only professional but also listened to me and seemed to genuinely care.
As we haven't seen you for about 3 years we should re-test you and see how it scores now. I'll send out an appointment. JB
