I don't know about the questionnaires until you tell me and the notification button at the end of the questionnaire is broken at present - emails generated by that are not getting through for some reason. Your questionnaire shows a high probability of CTS. Please read the patient info page and email me your details as set out there and I will arrange an appointment.
