update on steroid injection

In August I had a second injection for my right hand and I am pleased to say that I haven't had any numbness or pain since.One thing I have noticed though is that things seem to slip out of both my hands and I wondered if it could be carpal tunnel related ?

Unfortunately the numbness and pain in my right hand has returned and is at its worse when I wake in the morning .I don't know whether I should have another injection or have surgery on my hand .

As long as it hasn't changed markedly for the worse on testing you could do either. Please add a new severity score here on the website and let me know when done and I'll then arrange another appointment. JB
With a grade 3 bilateral CTS it's certainly possible that it's contributing a little though it's impossible to be sure. JB
