Dear Dr Bland
Left hand showing return of symptoms ie tingling in the day and waking me up at night. Right hand is fine still since injections last summer - 22nd August. Please advise.

You will see that I did the test twice. First time I hadn't realized questions on numbness and tingling were coming up so answered them under the pain section not the numb/tingle section. So please ignore the first attempt. I do not get any pain during the day just numbness and tingling.
Look forward to getting an appt.

Looks as though it's not yet quite as bad as it was. I should be able to find an appointment in the latter part of June. JB
As it has been neurophysiologically quite severe I think we should test it again. I'll send out an appointment next time I am in the office but in the meantime could you take a new severity test on here please so I can cee how the scores have changed. JB
