CTS symptoms

Hi, for the last couple of months I have been experiencing CTS symptoms again predominantly in my right hand, it is getting to the point now where I am struggling at work as I am right handed, is it possible to be seen again ? I have completed a new severity questionnaire.

Hi, I am again having CTS symptoms in both hands but worse in the right hand, what are my options in regards to surgery as I have had three injections in my left hand and four in the right and the effects of the injection does not seem to be lasting as long, my symptoms started returning around three months ago and are now to the point they are affecting my work as I am right handed, thanks
