It was so good to find this site. It has answered so many questions I had about CTS. I felt I was being steered towards surgery with no real understanding of the situation/options/risks and the information here has helped a lot. I don't know how you find the time to maintain it and moderate it, but it is much appreciated. Thank you.
The only thing that springs to mnd is a FAQ section, with answers re-directing to relevant parts of the site. Questions which spring to mind are things like: if the nerve compression is caused by swelling, could icing the wrist of diuretics help?
It would be simpler for the visitor but a Herculean task to set up. But you did ask for suggestions...
A sort of cross between an index, site map and FAQ list is probably the right approach. I think it would need some input from users to build into something useful but I will think about it - it is not too difficult to add pages and internal links. Thankyou. JB
Finding the site very useful and intend to use it more.
I have already had it proven to me that the steroid injection is nowhere as bad as some folk have made out.
Its good to have these myths dispelled for others and see positive information for CTS and its treatment.
