We already know you have CTS from 2014. Has any treatment other than splinting been tried in the last 7 years? JB

No nothing else has been tried
Until the last couple of months the severity hadn’t changed with just pins and needles at night which the splints seemed to sort out.But I noticed tingling in the mornings when driving to work and at night the pins and needles is more persistent and occasionally I get a pain that goes up my wrists

I'll send out a new appointment.It will probably be in about 3 weeks time. JB

Well it’s been 3 months since both wrists were injected and what an improvement!
Occasionally I get very mild pins and needles in my left hand at night and slightly more often in my right with a slight numbness in a couple of the finger tips

Good morning Jeremy,I’ve noticed over the past couple of weeks the tingling in my fingers beggining to return.Not as uncomfortable as last time I saw you but definitely noticeable
Should I come to see you asap or leave it a bit longer?

Come back as soon as you decide it's enough of a nuisance to justify taking the time to come and see us. Just add a new severity score to the website and email me. We are booking about 3-4 weeks ahead at present. JB
