Next Steps after questionnaire - 225845

My ID is 225845.
I called my drs today regarding pain with my CTS. They advised me to fill in the questionnaire on this site. (Which I have just done).
I was wondering what is the next steps for receiving help with CTS as it dragging me down with sleepless nights and constant pain.
I live in Folkestone and wonder if I am in catchment area?
Also I have been suffering with CTS 15+ years and my old faithful splint is starting to see better days and I was wondering the best place to get a replacement?

I'm guessing I've seen you before in 2009 as there can't be too many people with your name in Folkestone :-). If you email me some other bit of ID - date of birth or NHS number or some such - just so that I can check that you are the same person, I'll organise a new appointment. If you have moved in the last 12 years you might want to send me the new address too. Don't post more ID details on here as it's too public. JB
