Advice please
Hello I came and had nerve conduction tests in December and was told to contact the neurology department to ask them to give you permission to treat me, as they had referred me. I did this before Christmas but haven’t heard anything. Would you be able to check whether this is all ok as my arm is keeping me awake at night! Also I had an appointment with Mr James about a problem with my hand and he said he wanted to refer me back to you for nerve conduction tests on my ulnar nerve. Would it be possible to also check whether this has come through? Sorry to bother you but I wasn’t sure whether I should just wait or check everything was in progress! I hope that all makes sense. Yes you should probably ask him. If he's happy for us to treat you then we'll get on with it. JB

I've asked Emma to contact you to agree a time as it's more to do with her schedule than mine and I know she has quite a few odd days off coming up in the next few weeks. JB

I have a referral from Mr James for you regarding your ulnar nerve and we're expecting to see you on the 25th Feb for that. Unfortunately that is a day when Emma is not around. Could we move that appointment to Thursday 24th Feb at 15:30 and then we can deal with it all at once? JB
I’m so sorry I just went to check the time of my appointment and I’d put it in my calendar for today - 24th March, not February! I had covid in February and I’m afraid I was distracted as I felt so ill.

Who's your GP? As long it's someone who we know does not object to us trerating their patients we can probably get on with it. JB
