Tingling getting worse

Hi, I have bi-lateral carpal tunnel syndrome. The tingling in both hands is getting more. Is there anything I can do to help this? Do I need to wear my splints all of the time now?

The next thing would usually be a steroid injection, occasionally surgery. I'll look up the records tomorrow. JB
