Request for a Steroid Injection

Good Morning.
Due to COVID I could not attend my appoint at Canterbury, thankfully that has now past. My right hand has got considerably worse over the last few months. Would it be possible to receive another appointment.
I have completed another severity sheet.
The original appointment for 13th April was moved to 18th May when you notified us (it looks as though this was a phone call from the notes) and a new letter was sent out on 12th April but you didn't turn up on 18th May either. I'll move the appointment again to the next available date, which will be late June I think, and put another letter in the post. JB
