Within 48 hours of letting me know about it - either by email or by clicking the button at the end of the questionnaire. Your answers indicate a fairly modest chance of CTS but it would be worth checking - the results may well turn out to be normal though. YOu will need to EMAIL me your personal details so that I can make an appointment. Please read the patient information page for detailed instructions. JB
