After my consultation with you yesterday, i contacted the number you gave me and i am going to have my Steroid Injections on the 5th September, so i will let you konow how i find this before i go away.
That's just over two weeks to get injections done then - not too bad for this time of year. Hopefully that will at least control it while you are away. JB
