I've completed the questions ref : 227997, I've been referred by my gp this website, as i have left hand numbness in my fingers and severe pain in my wrist.

Your symptoms are actually suggestive of a completely different problem - ulnar neuropathy at the elbow - not carpal tunnel syndome. We don't treat that in the carpal tunnel clinic and you can't self refer through the website as this is only for CTS but you can read a bit about it here: https://www.carpal-tunnel.net/diagnosing/ulnar For ulnar neuropathy your GP will actually have to write to someone - we can test for it but not treat it. If they need assistance with treatment it's usually one of the orthopaedic surgeons. Please convey this message back to your GP.JB
