Thumb issues

Hi - recently having issues with my thumbs.
Mainly at night but also during work (on keyboard) my left thumb has a trigger thumb effect, as in it does not open smoothly.
My right thumb has same issue to lesser extent.
Is this related to my CTS would you think?

Trigger digit is a seperate condition to CTS but both are common.
