Need appointment please

Hi,
I had steroid injections back in 2018/2019 ish.
I need to have another appt to check my hands/steroids again as I can barely crip, have numbness etc..
Can someone tell me how to contact dr bland please?
First of all go back to using your orignal website account "Alison_n". You have created a second account and that confuses the computers :-). You can email me for a password reset if needed. Once in that account click the "Add a new severity score" button on the home page and fill in the end part of the questionnaire again. Then email me to let me know or post again on here and I will set up a new appointment. JB
