Hi,
I spoke to my doctor regarding symptoms I've been having for carpel tunnel, he asked me to come to your website and fill in the referral and questionnaire, which I have now done.

That questionnaire shows rather borderline evidence of CTS. If you email me your full details I'll set up an appoontment but it may be something else. JB
