Following last telephone conversation 22/4/12 .A second injection or re-assessment
was suggested,as wrist pain appears to have returned to prior injection level,what
action do you now advise?

Many thanks,appointment received.I did a severity test online 7/10.Do I need to do any thing else,if not

Nothing else to do until the appointment. We might do another severity questionnaire on the day too. There are some difficulties retrieving second and subsequent sets of severity answers from the website which I have to do some work on yet - though I can see your answers when I log in to ensure myself. JB
As we have not seen you for coming up to a year and it was grade 4 then I think we should test again. I will get an appointment sent out. JB
