I have done ncs on july 2012.The result was grade 2 for both arms.. I am using wrist splint for both arms during night time .Now the symptoms are much worse.I would like to do surgery. Can you kindly advise me in regards?

Surgery is not really a good idea as a first line treatment at grade 2. It is both safer and more convenient to try steroid injection first - or you might think about entering the ultrasound trial if you have the time. If it feels as though it is worse now than in July then we will arrange to test it again and see if it is actually deteriorating. JB
