Return of symptoms

My symptoms have returned in my right hand with a vengeance. Numbness and pain most of the night and numbness with weakness in the daytime. Can I come in to discussion options?

Come along between 1:00 and 1:30. I have to lecture at 14:00 and there are one or two people to squeeze into lunchtime but hopefully it will all work out. JB
Sure I'll find a suitable appointment when I go back to work on 3rd January. JB
