Hi Doctor Bland

Afraid my symptoms have returned in my right hand quite bad all of a sudden. Very annoying as I planned to have release surgery August summer holidays just gone but after my last steriod injection symptoms had disappeared.

Could I please have an appointment for the week beginning 23 October, during half term, if at all possible?

I've managed to find an appointment for that week and put a letter in the post. Could you add a new symptom severity score to the website please. JB
