Request for Injection

After my appointment on the 7th Feb I have considered the ultra sound option but have discounted this as it would not be practical due to family commimtents. I would therefore like to go ahead with the Injections, could you please advise how I go about progressing with this.

Give me an hour or two tomorrow morning to amend your records to reflect that decision and then call the SIPC office and ask them to book injection for you - their numbers are in the contacts page. JB
