Recurrance of symptoms... again

I have had three steroid injections into my right hand, and one in the left hand in November 2011. The symptoms are just starting to come back into both hands again. The last time we spoke, you mentioned surgery. I am currently based in Paris for work until the end of May, so would be unable to have anything done until then. Shall I call to arrange something for when I get back? I am back in the UK for a week from 08/03, so can pop into your surgery if necessary. Thank you.
We should probably test it again to see what we are dealing with but it may be hard to fit in a test appointment that week. I'll have a look when back in the Canterbury office tomorrow morning and see what we've got. JB
