Can I have an appointment to see you again please?

Dear Dr Bland
I have carpal tunnel which I have had one steriod injection in a couple of year ago then saw you again on its return last year. at this time I was pregnant and decided not to have any treatment. I feel that the time has come to ask for treatment as the tingling and numbness is often. Please can you tell me the correct procedure to follow. Do I have to go through the GP or can I get an appointment through this forum?

For the moment I can just send you out an appointment though as you are probably aware the government are radically altering the NHS systems at the moment and no-one really knows quite what the situation will be like in a few months. I'll send out an appointment in tomorrow's post though it is pretty busy just now so it won't be for a few weeks. JB
