post operation update

Hi
I was diagnosed as 5 RH and 3 LH in november 2012
I had an operation (RH) on 21st January 2013. Operation carried out by Mr Smith and I was hopeful of a better outcome. I am still suffering CTS, not quite as severe as before the operation.
CTS in LH is becoming increasingly noticeable particularly early am. Can you advise re further testing, way forward.

Hi
Mr Smith carried out surgery at Chaucer hosp. This was paid for through my company insurance. unfortunately i'm not covered for further due to to insurance excess etc.
Just to advise I havent received an appointment yet. Have just booked a holiday so cannot make 18th - 29th April.

My records suggest that I booked you in for surgery in primary care - was this one of the cases done at Estuary View by Mr Smith because of the illness of the original surgeon? Grade 5 can be slow to recover but we should test again to make sure it is going in the right direction and also see what is happening to the other side. I will find a suitable appointment in the next few weeks and send out a letter. JB
