Hi
My doctor said I have symptoms of cts and to do questionnaire. This is telling me I have 3% chance of having it. What happens now ? I have had symptons for 3 to 4 weeks now and really want to find out what is wrong with my wrist.

You actually have symptoms of ulnar neuropathy at the elbow, not CTS -- that's why the score is so low. If symptoms have only been present for a few weeks there is a good chance that it will improve if you just care for your elbow well. Your GP can refer you for testing or to the orthopaedic surgeons if it persists but it's not usually worth testing until the problem has been therefore three months or so unless there is a clear story of an acute injury such as a fall directly onto the elbow or a knife cut.
