Dear Dr Bland
An update re my appointment 7 weeks ago. I wore the splint for 6 weeks as instructed and have left it off this week. So far so good.
My thanks to the clinic team for sorting out my problem so promptly.

I have completed a new severity score. Couldn't find how to send it to you. If it hasn't arrived I would appreciate advice on how to send it. Many thanks.

You don't have to send them, I can read them directly from the website as long as I know abouit them. I have imported this one into your record. Thankyou. JB
Good to see someone reporting back on use of splints only - thanks. If you could add a new severity score that would be even better (button on the home page when you are logged in). JB
