Splint trail plus exercise

I have used the splints nearly every night since my appointment with you. I have also researched and implemented a carpal tunnel exercise routine which I do daily. This has helped my symptoms but not eradicated them. What should I do now?

If it's still a significant nuisance then the next optioin would usually be a steroid injection. I can arrange this if you wish. JB

How long, roughly, would it be before I could get the steroid injections?
