Steroid injection

Hi,
I had the steroid injection in my wrists about (roughly) 6months ago and it's been brilliant! It has recently started to 'wear off' and I think I would benefit from another injection? How do I go about booking one? Thanks in advance
My records only show the left hand as having been injected on the 31st December by Dr Miles. Do you think the symptoms have become as bad yet as they were before injection - doing a new severity score on the website here allows you to make a comparison. JB
