I am unsure if I am posting on the right part of this FORUM, but I couldn't seem to get access anywhere else; so I hope that you receive this message.
I have just sent you an email, on behalf of my mother Joy Esme Houghton 05/03/1935. I hope you have received it okay.
My poor 90 year old mum has been 'all around the houses' since making a call to her doctors surgery on the 31st July.
I completed the online questionnaire on here, around the 2nd of October, but have not heard anything.
I would be really grateful if someone could contact me as soon as possible, please, as mum is in considerable pain, and it's keeping her awake at night.
