Pins and needles returned with avengence!

Having had a good period with no symptoms ( July 2024 last treatment) my LH has suddenly gone from nothing to pins and needles at night which are keeping me awake and severe pain in the wrist. My RH is also showing the signs of increased problems ? Would it be possible to come in and have them both assessed please ?

Good morning/aches all night and is keeping me awake, would it be possible to come for an assessment before Christmas please as it is really impacting my life.
