my CTS results

Following my CTS results i am looking for further help with my hand and wrist problems

i have pain in my left and right hands / wrists, left worse than right, thumbs ache worse, going up my wrists
i feel like someone is pinching above my thumb joint at times
i feel like my hands do not work well now and i notice this problem constantly throughout the day
doing buttons / poppers on quilt / clothes is painful and takes me longer than it should
unscrewing bottle tops is difficult and painful
i think my thumb joints are deformed
i have difficulty getting two pieces of paper apart or opening the post and getting letters out of evelopes
i am a medical secretary for 25 years, on computer all day typing, and wonder if this is work related / repetative strain injury
The pain in my thumbs, left worse than right, is bothering me a lot.
