Increasing symptoms in left hand

Symptoms in my left hand are becoming more noticeable. I wake up every 2 hours with numbness in left hand. I get tingling in fingers when walking dog. I get numbness and tingling when holding devices. Please could I have a clinic appointment. Thank Bernadette Donnelly
