treatment update

Over the past couple of months I have developed pain(sometimes quite severe in both arms from mid forearm to shoulders, as well as pins and needles in my left hand particularly.
I have a long standing disc problem in my neck so at first assumed that this was the cause. However, having read the web site again, I discovered that this could be a symptom of my CTS.
I have completed another sympton test but no mention of arms only hands so have classed as same
