injections vs surgery

when i saw you in jan you suggested that i be put on list for operation for my cts alternatively do you think more injections would be of benefit as they seemed to have a good effect my right hand is getting worse now and feel i should probably do something about this splinting at night helps a little with the symptoms in the morning but my right wrist aches quite severely when riding my bike my left not so much

would it be possible to make an appointment for a retest and and see whether a second injection is an option

I'll make some appointments when I get in to the office today for people who have posted messages on the website over the bank-holiday weekend. I haven't seen Friday's post yet so I'm not sure what urgent cases there are in that to fit in. JB

January to August is a lot of thinking time! If you think the symptoms have deteriorated significantly then we should probably test again and see if they have slipped a grade or not. If they only feel about the same then if you have been tolerating them fairly well for 7 months I might be inclined to try a second injection. JB
