Follow up from appointment on 25 July
Hi there, you saw me on the 25th July for my wrists and gave me splints for both hands grading me level 2 in both. since giving me the splints my pains have lowered a lot considering i used to wake up in the mornings in agony. Although i still have the aches and slight pains still so I'm just letting you know how I've been doing since being given the splints. I'd like to know also about getting another set of splints as working in a kitchen as you can imagine they can get a little grubby very quickly, and if so where can i get some, from you? or can i get them from my GP?
Again thank you for diagnosing what the pains were and easing my mind. Also for the explanations and showing me things i didn't know about it.

Awesome ill come in when im not working next to pick up a spare pair. Ill look into the injections further if problems still persist
You can pick up another set of splints from us. Just drop in with the old ones so that we can match sizes. If it is still significantly symptomatic now however you might like to think about steroid injection. There is plenty of information to refer to here on the site while you think about it. JB
