splints
Hi....I have been using the splints for about ten days now and while wearing them my symptoms seem to have improved a little bit. My question is where can I get another set of them so that I can wash them. Thanks :)
Hi. ...just an update. I wore the splints for the four week and aalthough it didn't get rid of all of the symptoms they did work to make things easier. Since taking them off the problem has gotten bad again. At the moment I can live with it without too much trouble. I am going to go back to wearing the splints to see if they continue to help because am very afraid of needles so unless it becomes completely unbearable even with the splints then I might have to have a rethink but I will be in touch if the need arises. Hope that's ok :) thanks
Keep thinking about the injection. it is usually not very unpleasant and can be strikingly effective - meaning not having to wear splints at all. JB

We can give you a second pair if you drop in to the department - or they can just be bought from places like Amazon. JB
